Projectized Pipeline includes a comprehensive knowledge management system to ensure that you retain the valuable knowledge gathered throughout the execution of your projects. Project information, documents, activities, discussions etc. for every phase of the project is stored in the project repository, making it easy to find information, print out a project reference sheet, or get in touch with the original project team members.

With the included Knowledge Management features you can:

• Upload and share documents and other electronic content with the built-in document repository. Permissions can be set to allow or restrict access for specific users to specific documents.
• Store and analyze structured information such as historical project performance by business sector, country etc. Use the data to create benchmarks and as a foundation for future decisions.
• Keep a project activity log, detailing exactly what happened on the project. The log can be sorted chronologically or by team member, event type etc.
• Search the entire project knowledge base. Projectized Pipeline contains powerful search functionality including both an indexed keyword search that searches all project data and attached files, and an advanced category search where users can narrow the search to specific projects, departments, countries, users etc.
