Smart Reports

Projectized Pipeline Smart Reports are reports that allow the user to refresh the data with the latest data from the server, i.e. a project financial status report can be generated and worked on before the final numbers for the month have been finalized - and then simply refreshed before submitting the report.

Smart Reports allow users to use Microsoft Excel, or other tools they are familiar with to perform detailed analysis of project and enterprise data, while always having access the latest updates. Users can create spreadsheets which include data from their Projectized Pipeline projects - and can refresh the data in their spreadsheets as projects are updated on the server.

The Word Smart Reports give users the power to make mail-merge letters and reports using enterprise project data. Using project report templates, project managers can easily create reports containing correct, up to the minute data and focus instead on writing the content. Report templates can even contain embedded Excel graphs that automatically update when the report is released.
